RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We hope you love your Aquaelle piece. If something is not quite right, returns may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with all tags, hygiene seals, and original packaging intact.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Aquaelle cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive confirmation by email.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items that have been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery  
• Items returned without original tags, hygiene protection, or packaging  
• Gift cards  
• Final sale items  
• Items marked as non-returnable at checkout

PRE-ORDERS

By placing a pre-order with Aquaelle, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

LIMITED PRODUCTION

All Aquaelle pieces are produced in limited quantities as part of carefully planned releases.

Certain styles may be available on pre-order prior to dispatch.

PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Pre-orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production and allocation processes may already have begun and cancellations may no longer be possible.

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY

Estimated delivery windows vary depending on the selected release and product.

Current pre-order styles are expected to dispatch during June 2026.

Aquaelle works closely with its European manufacturing partners to deliver all orders within the communicated timeframe whenever possible.

In the event of a significant delay, customers will be informed promptly.

UNABLE TO FULFILL

If Aquaelle is unable to fulfill a pre-order, the customer will receive a full refund.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

Customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details once their order has been dispatched.

RETURNS AFTER DELIVERY

Pre-order items remain eligible for return once delivered, in accordance with Aquaelle’s standard return policy.
