Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

All orders to these destinations are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. This means all applicable import duties and taxes are covered by Aquaelle, and customers will not be charged additional customs fees upon delivery.

Orders within Switzerland are dispatched domestically and are not subject to import duties or customs charges.
